From Assessment to Action, Across Africa’s Health Systems.

Access-Centric and Sustainability Foundation was founded on a simple conviction: the barriers standing between emerging markets and essential health technologies are solvable and the people best positioned to solve them are the ones who live closest to the problem.

We started as a small, Nigeria-focused advisory practice. In our first full year of operation, that conviction was tested and proven. We closed our flagship engagement, a national manufacturing capacity assessment for the Presidential Vaccine Access Committee (PVAC), delivered under the HSCL/PVAC/World Bank programme with client commendation. We built a second flagship engagement with CHAI and the World Bank, assessing primary healthcare supply chains across eight Nigerian states. And by mid-2026, we had moved from single-country assessments to a live, Gates Foundation-funded field operation running concurrently across five countries.

In June 2026, ASF presented directly to a joint UNITAID/Roll Back Malaria delegation during their Nigeria mission sharing a stage with regional procurement leaders in front of two of global health’s most influential funders. We have since built active pipeline relationships with GiveWell, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the African Development Bank (AfDB), and multiple consortium partners bidding on the next generation of global health supply chain and diagnostic integration programmes.
