Access-Centric and Sustainability Foundation

Welcome to
Access-Centric & Sustainability Foundation

ASF is a non-profit advisory and technical support organization designing and delivering practical solutions for sustainable, equitable access to essential health technologies, advancing public health across emerging markets, one health system at a time.

Multi-Country Expansion

What started as single-state supply chain assessments has grown into live, multi-country field operations including a Gates Foundation-funded assessment currently running across Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Lesotho, and Eswatini.

Global Health Trust

Trusted Partner to
Global Health’s Biggest Names

From presenting alongside a joint UNITAID/RBM delegation in Nigeria to leading consortium workstreams for Gates Foundation-backed initiatives, ASF has earned a seat at the table where access decisions get made.

Who We Are

Incurable optimists bridging the gap between policy intent and last-mile access.

We are a group of incurable optimists with a passion and commitment to ensuring universal access to essential health technologies is a reality in emerging markets. What began as a Nigeria-focused advisory practice has, within its first two years, delivered flagship assessments for the Presidential Vaccine Access Committee (PVAC) and the World Bank, launched multi-country field operations funded by the Gates Foundation, and built direct working relationships with UNITAID, Roll Back Malaria, and CHAI.

We believe the power to unleash the potential of emerging markets lies within these markets and their diaspora. We work with governments, global health actors, and industry partners driven by homegrown talent and a refusal to accept “that’s just how it is” as an answer to access failures.

Local Expertise. Global Standards.

Headquartered in Abuja with active operations across Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Lesotho, and Eswatini, ASF combines deep local market knowledge with the technical rigor global funders expect.
