- HIV Commodity Quantification: Led forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management for ARVs and HIV commodities through Nigeria's HIV National Quantification Team.
- WHO NCD Forecasting Tool: Served as lead for the development and piloting of the cancer module of the global NCD Medicines and Technologies forecasting tool, in partnership with WHO.
- NHLMIS Digital Integration: Designed and implemented Nigeria's first integrated Health Logistics Management Information System (NHLMIS), driving a 40% rise in reporting rates and a 35% drop in stockouts nationwide.

- LLIN Campaign Distribution Costing: Led costing analysis developing an alternative, cost-effective LLIN campaign distribution model, informing sustainable financing and supply chain decisions under PVAC.
Supporting Regional Manufacturers & Enabling Market Collaborations
Africa doesn’t need to import its way to health security. We work directly with regional manufacturers and market-shaping initiatives to close the gap between production capacity and demand and to make regional manufacturing genuinely price- and quality-competitive.

- Local LLIN Manufacturing Capacity Assessment: Evaluated upstream/downstream production capacity, gaps, tech-transfer, and market-entry strategies under PVAC / World Bank programme.
- Backward Integration Programme (HICON): Supported Health Industry Corporation of Nigeria (HICON) to vertically integrate pharmaceutical manufacturing, strengthening input security and competitiveness.
- WHO PQ & Procurement Concessions: Improved GMP compliance and initiated WHO PQ certification for Nigerian manufacturers of Cotrimoxazole and Sulfadoxine/Pyrimethamine while facilitating Global Fund and USAID off-take volume concessions.
